Assassin's Creed Shadows Temporarily Loses a Key Feature
Assassin's Creed Shadows has temporarily disabled a popular feature following the release of a new update. The much-loved multi-sell option, which allowed players to quickly sell multiple items at once, has been removed due to unexpected issues.
The feature was initially introduced in a major patch earlier this month, on April 8th, and was well-received by players who found it streamlined gear management. Ubisoft has not yet announced when the multi-sell feature will be reinstated.
Bug Fixes and Improvements Despite the removal of the multi-sell feature, Title Update 1.0.3 brings a number of other fixes and improvements to the game. PC players will be happy to know that the update addresses stuttering issues, while other fixes tackle crashes and visual glitches.
Specifically, the update resolves a bug that caused crashes when using the 'Claw of the Dragon' weapon skin and fixes a graphical distortion affecting Yasuke's outfit after dodging. Audio loss issues have also been addressed.
PS5 Pro Enhancements PlayStation 5 Pro users also benefit from the new hotfix. The update includes resolutions for HDR and PSSR (PlayStation Spectral Super Resolution) issues, improving the visual experience on the enhanced console. An additional fix addresses general crash issues on the PlayStation 5.
What's Next for Assassin's Creed Shadows? Players awaiting the return of the multi-sell feature should monitor Ubisoft's social media channels for updates on the game's next patch. Ubisoft also has story DLC planned for Assassin's Creed Shadows, called Claws of Awaji, expected to launch later this year.
